Return Policy
If you purchased an item from a Liquid Mountain authorized dealer please contact the dealer for your return.

For purchases made on LiquidMountain.com:
If for any reason, you are not happy with an item, please return it prior to 25 days from the purchase date for an exchange or refund. Be sure not to remove the tags until you are sure of their proper fit. Send your package via UPS, certified mail, FedEx or any trackable shipping method. We recommend that you insure your package against loss en route to Liquid Mountain. We cannot be responsible for packages until they arrive at our Customer Service department. If we made an error on your order or an item is found defective, please call us toll free at 877-4LMVIBE (877-456-8423) Monday - Friday 9-5 PST.

Instructions for returning products to Liquid Mountain -- U.S. customers only. For the quickest service, please follow these instructions:
  1. Send a copy of your order receipt and enclose the item(s) you wish to return. For better service please comment on the receipt why and if you would like to replace the item, have it repaired or credit your account.
  2. Return Authorizations are not required for web/mail orders.
  3. By law, garments sent in for repair must be clean; if it was worn, please wash the garment before mailing it. Please use the mailing lable included with your order.
  4. We recommend you ship your item with a carrier that provides a tracking number as well as insurance. Liquid Mountain will not be held liable for products lost in transit.
  5. Turn around time for credits and replacements is 2-3 weeks if the item is in stock.
  6. Original items sent in for warranty replacement will not be returned.
  7. If we are not able to repair an item and you wish to have it sent back as is, please indicate this on a note.
